1. What services do you offer?
We provide personalized nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy services for individuals who are seeking guidance on improving their nutrition and overall health. While we specialize in weight management, we also see clients for other chronic health conditions, including: diabetes management, cardiovascular disease (high blood pressure, high cholesterol), gut issues (IBS, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis), and emotional eating.

2. Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes! 100% of our services are Telehealth services.

3. Since you offer Telehealth, am I able to be anywhere when attending our session?

While Telehealth is an extremely convenient way to access medical needs, we kindly ask you are free from distractions and are engaged in our session. We want you to learn and be as successful as you can!

3. How do I book an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment through our online booking system. Please reach out via telephone or e-mail if you have any questions regarding the booking process.

4. Do you work with children as well as adults?

At this time, we are only seeing adults over the age of 18.

Pricing & Insurance FAQ

1. Do you accept insurance?
We accept select insurance plans. Please check with your provider or contact us for details.

2. What if my insurance doesn’t cover nutrition counseling?
We offer self-pay options.

3. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee.

Working With a Dietitian FAQ

8. What can I expect during my first appointment?
Your first session will include a full health and lifestyle assessment – we will gather information regarding your past medical history, diet history, overall goals, etc. A majority of the first session is getting to know you and we will set you up with a small goal to get started, but the following sessions are where we fully collaborate, learn, and start to effectively see change!

9. How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies based on your goals. Some clients see results in a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support.

11. Do you provide meal plans?
While we don’t offer specific meal plans, we offer assistance in customizing meal selections that will work with you and your lifestyle to ensure your success based on your preferences and nutritional needs.
