Hello! I'm Stephanie, a Masters level Registered Dietitian and the Founder of Transformative Health and Nutrition.
As a board-certified Registered Dietitian, my mission has always been clear: to guide you in transforming through nutrition. Transformative Health and Nutrition was founded with one simple goal: to help you embrace your best, healthiest self. I have seen firsthand how countless diet fads can lead to disappointment. That’s why I’m committed to taking a different path. I believe you can achieve your goals through a personalized approach, balanced lifestyle, and mindful eating.
My interest in nutrition started at Keene State College, where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. After completing my dietetic internship at the University of Saint Joseph and moving on to earn my Master of Science degree in Nutrition at USJ, my love for this field grew even stronger.
When you work with me, I help you tap into the strength of nutrition. Food is not just sustenance; it’s power. I am here to help you find that perfect balance between a healthy diet and regular exercise without feeling overwhelmed. You can count on me as your guide, accountability partner, and motivator.

More Than a Dietitian
Outside the practice, I’m a firm believer in self care. I love relaxing at the spa, getting creative in the kitchen, and reading whatever fantasy book I am obsessed with in that moment. I also love to move my body, whether it be through a spin class, a long walk with my dog, Sadie, or strength and pilates based movements. I believe these joys and hobbies keep me grounded and enrich my understanding of a balanced lifestyle.
